Wayne is also the co-founder of Hyatt Legal Services, a successful national network of legal clinics.
Over the course of his career, Wayne has held leadership roles including CEO, Executive Chairman, and Board Director, serving on 26 boards and frequently acting as committee chair or chairman. His diverse background includes corporate law and MBA-level studies in Organizational Behavior, equipping him with a unique lens on business strategy and governance.
He has served as Executive Chairman and is currently a Director at Cyracom International, overseeing operational and marketing changes while restructuring the company for profitability. As CEO of Ditto.com, he redirected strategy and led a successful $23 million sale. At FaxNet, he served as Vice-Chairman, helping the company grow before its $200 million acquisition. As Acting CEO of HealthScribe, he raised $10 million in Series B funding and brought in experienced leadership to strengthen the team.
