Terry Patterson has served as a NetLaw Board Member since 2018, bringing deep strategic insight and leadership experience to the company’s governance. His guidance has been instrumental as NetLaw continues to innovate solutions that streamline estate planning for advisors and their clients.
In addition to his role at NetLaw, Terry has served as a Board Member of EuclidIQ since 2024. Previously, he was a long-standing Board Member at ZirMed from 2005 to 2017, where he helped guide the company through significant growth leading to its $750 million acquisition by Bain Capital. Terry also held a board position with First Citizens Bank/United Bank & Capital Trust until its sale in 2018 to WesBanco for approximately $380 million. Outside of his board work, Terry is currently the Agency Manager of the Hardin County agency for Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, the largest Farm Bureau agency in Kentucky and in the nation.
