Rafael Ugarte serves as Senior Sales Manager at NetLaw, where he focuses on expanding the company’s reach within the Latino community in the United States and developing strategic new partnerships. His work bridges cultural understanding and financial expertise to bring accessible, reliable estate planning solutions to an underserved and growing market.
Rafael brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries, spanning Latin America and the United States. He also served as Head of Private Partnerships for the United Nations in Central America and Washington, D.C., where he developed funding opportunities for humanitarian initiatives. Since 2023, he has also worked as a licensed Realtor, further expanding his cross-industry expertise.
Rafael earned his marketing degree in Florence, Italy, and holds a certificate in Funding Development from Notre Dame University. He was also awarded a scholarship from the South Korean government for a small and medium enterprise course in Seoul. Outside of work, Rafael is a FIFA and US Soccer certified and licensed soccer coach, supporting both high school and middle school soccer programs in his community.
