Justin Saltzman serves as the Controller at NetLaw, leading a wide range of operational and strategic functions across finance and human resources. Since joining in July 2024, he has overseen accounting, financial reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury, equity management, HR, and risk oversight. He works across teams to improve processes, implement scalable systems, and support NetLaw’s growth. He also champions financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and a strong team culture.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. He launched his career in accounting and finance, working with master-planned real estate developers and SaaS company Thomson NETg (now part of Skillsoft).
His career includes extensive experience in finance and operations within startups and large organizations alike. Prior to joining NetLaw, Justin was the Controller at Avinew, an InsurTech startup, where he built and scaled the company’s financial operations. He also previously worked as Director of Finance at Castle & Cooke, Inc., managing consolidated reporting and treasury functions across 30+ subsidiaries. He also led financial operations for the Arizona Cardinals (NFL), rising from Budget Analyst to Accounting Manager.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, he enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, working out at the gym, traveling the world, attending live music events, and learning about science.
