Hayley Wells is the Director of Human Resources at NetLaw, where she oversees all aspects of the organization’s HR operations. In her role, Hayley manages employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and labor compliance. She partners closely with leadership to ensure NetLaw’s people strategy aligns with the company’s values, culture, and long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining NetLaw, Hayley built a diverse HR background across both nonprofit and global technology environments. She spent three years supporting mission-driven organizations in the nonprofit sector, followed by four years in HR roles within the global tech industry. In 2021, she launched her own independent HR consulting practice, providing strategic HR support to clients across staffing, mental health, technology, legal, and marketing industries.
Hayley holds a master’s degree in Psychology and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a military spouse, an avid traveler, and a devoted Formula 1 fan. She is also the co-founder of a social justice nonprofit, reflecting her long-standing commitment to community impact and advocacy.
