Vice President, Advisor Success

Tanner DeBry serves as Vice President, Advisor Success at NetLaw, where he builds and leads the firm’s Advisor Success function and establishes the systems that drive long-term advisor adoption and engagement across the platform. He focuses on helping registered investment advisors successfully integrate estate planning into their client relationships through NetLaw’s technology platform and Hargrove Firm’s national estate planning capabilities. Tanner works closely with advisory firms to support onboarding, activation, and long-term usage, ensuring advisors are equipped with the frameworks, training, and client conversation strategies needed to make estate planning a core part of their practice.

Tanner has spent his career working at the intersection of financial services and technology, supporting wealth managers, financial institutions, and family offices as they adopt new platforms and services. He began his career in wealth management at Goldman Sachs, where he supported institutional asset management teams across sales, research, and client reporting. He then moved into wealthtech at Addepar, where he worked with enterprise, RIA, and family office clients to build long-term relationships and drive platform adoption. Prior to joining NetLaw, he served as Director of Customer Success at Asora, where he built and led the Customer Success function for a fintech platform serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Outside of work, Tanner is active in dog rescue and volunteers with animal rescue organizations. He currently has two former foster dogs who have permanently joined his household. He grew up skiing in the Wasatch Mountains and previously worked as a professional ski instructor. When he’s not in the mountains, he enjoys off-roading, camping, and spending time outdoors. Tanner is fluent in Armenian and is currently learning Japanese.
