NetLaw Welcomes Tim Fisk as SVP of Partnerships

Tim Fisk, JD, joins NetLaw as SVP, Partnerships to lead RIA partnership expansion across the country

NetLaw is excited to announce a key addition to our growing team: Tim Fisk, JD has joined as Senior Vice President, Partnerships.

Tim brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of estate planning law, trust services, and wealth management technology. He began his career as an estate planning attorney before transitioning into advisor-facing business development roles, including a position as Vice President at Envestnet and most recently leading Bryn Mawr Trust and WSFS’s Private Bank Wealth as a Service offering. That combination of legal depth and enterprise advisory experience makes him a natural fit for what we’re building at NetLaw.

Expanding Attorney-Led Estate Planning Across the RIA Channel

In his new role, Tim will lead NetLaw’s efforts to deepen relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs) nationwide. The focus is on helping advisory firms move estate planning from an ad hoc referral process into a scalable, institutionalized capability— powered by the Hargrove Firm’s dedicated estate planning attorneys and NetLaw’s purpose-built technology platform.

For RIAs, that means structured workflows, real-time case visibility, and a repeatable process that holds up across hundreds or thousands of client relationships, without the compliance risk or administrative drag that typically comes with managing outside legal referrals.

“Estate planning is essential to comprehensive wealth management, yet it’s often difficult and risky for advisors to execute consistently and at scale,” Tim said. “NetLaw and the Hargrove Firm have built a model that enables RIAs to deliver high-quality, attorney-led planning in an integrated and efficient way.”

A Pivotal Moment for NetLaw

NetLaw and the Hargrove Firm collectively support wealth advisory firms managing over $400 billion in client assets. Tim’s appointment reflects the momentum behind our mission to modernize estate planning for the advisory channel, grounded in attorney expertise, compliance accountability, and technology built specifically for how advisors work.

NetLaw is excited to have Tim Fisk on the team.
