John Cochran serves as a Board Member of NetLaw, contributing more than 25 years of experience in private equity, with additional experience across financial services and technology. His background in investing and firm-building supports NetLaw’s strategic growth within the financial services industry and its focus on serving advisors and RIAs.
John is the founder of Conditor Equity, a private equity firm focused on investments in financial and professional services firms and related technology businesses. Through Conditor, he works closely with portfolio companies, bringing deep sector knowledge and strategic insight to help create value. Prior to founding Conditor Equity, John spent more than 15 years at Lovell Minnick Partners, where he served as a Partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
John brings a seasoned investment perspective and a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, shaped by decades of experience working with management teams to build and scale successful businesses.
